Homing Burst + Machine Gun combined with Dual Pistolero creates a true rain of bullets. Despite using Life Pact, the build starts with 105 HP thanks to Joker Dealer, which allows us to continuously scale +1 HP during the run with every Joker pickup. Portal provides both mobility and the ability to duplicate Pistolero. Casting Casting Strikes on duplicated Pistolero creates a powerful AoE explosion that easily clears large hordes, and the Strikes themselves speed up the destruction of Ghost Houses. I frequently swap between Quad Cylinder and Boomerang, since the Boomerang deals surprisingly high damage and works well against tougher enemies. For solo play I use Heavy Drinker, but in co-op I recommend replacing it with Helping Hand.
