Secondary is Sheriff Stars (element is up to you, fire does most damage, acid slows, lightning is good for the Mino) for the great mobility they offer and semi unlimited ammo (If I would go for raw damage it would be the Bow). I love the Mino spell because of it's utility - short cooldown, autorespawns, you can have 4 at once, can be imbued. Lightning strikes combos well with Mino, short cooldown and if it hits Mino it spreads into a starshape - easy destruction of ghost houses. Third spell got changed to Drain for better healing management and the Charm effect when comboed with Mino. So my grenade/gadget is Ammo Pack now for the shotgun since Soul Siphon + Drain near elemental puddles is my main heal.

Shotgun blast em' till only bullet holes and the smell of burning iron remain. Don't forget to heal up and reposition with yur Sheriff Stars if the cards are falling out of yur favor. Zip around with Boing and keep yur health topped off with voodoo magics. This build snowballs and ramps up in power throughout the round, healing you for shooting into huge crowds of enemies. Make sure to always keep some extra ammo on hand, as you WILL run low constantly after a while. On the plus side, yur primary fire is now a delete button, capable of shredding through any enemy and making quick work of bosses. Now go out there and riddle the world with bullet holes.

Horseless Sheriff is in town. Shotgun and Stars in hand. -Shotgun, less bullets in chamber, more damage, accuracy is a necessity. With this exact build a point blank bullseye on the Practice Target should do 666 damage on the final shot in the chamber. - Sheriff Stars, mainly for mobility since you're horseless. Use it to top off health or when you're low on ammo. - Hero, 70% increased movement speed for the "Speedster" Joker on your shotgun. Although not the max damage and fire rate bonus which is achieved at 92% increased movement speed, this gives room for scaling using jokers found on a run. - Skills, since you are a not very magical Sheriff, and have no sources of cooldown reduction, we just pick the lowest base cooldown most versatile skills. Skill rotation is mine>strike>drain.
