When to use it
Run and Gun is the natural partner: shooting gives movement speed, which boosts Speedster's fire rate and damage. Both effects reinforce each other simultaneously. Patch v642 also unlocked Speedster on Sheriff Stars, so the same loop works on the throwable rail.
