How to unlock

Track it, then collect 6 fragments

  1. Open the weapon menu and track this weapon. Tracking marks fragment drops for it as priority loot.
  2. Run missions and pick up 6 weapon fragments from boss kills, contract rewards, and chest loot. Every tracked-weapon fragment counts toward the same total.
  3. Once you have all six, the weapon unlocks for purchase or use across runs.

Overview

How it plays

You're a full-time bullet-slinger. The Minigun takes about eight seconds of uninterrupted fire to reach peak RPM, then delivers the second-highest primary DPS in the game and doesn't stop until you do. Hold RMB to rev without firing, because arriving already spun up is the civilized approach.

StrategyDon't stop. Interrupting the spin resets your RPM to zero, which is a polite way of saying you've wasted the last eight seconds. Hold an angle, commit to the burst, and let Elemental Spin or Frenzy Spin do the heavy lifting once the barrels are turning.

Strengths

  • Second-highest primary DPS once fully spun up
  • Maintains accuracy at greater range than the Shotgun
  • No reload - Consumer joker is a natural fit
  • RMB rev lets you prepare RPM before enemies arrive

Weaknesses

  • Interrupting fire resets RPM, bad habits punish hard
  • Accuracy degrades noticeably at long range
  • Ammo depletes fast; reserve management matters
