Build
This is a build I use for my solo/co-op Nightmare runs. You can replace the Leveredge for the Quad Cylinder with the same upgrades/jokers. This build is versatile and can take you anywhere, no matter what you want to do.
“COOP: You can switch Thunderstrike for Bandito and charge it with your secondary, that boy slap. You can also switch one Soul Siphon for Care Package to drop more bottles. - TIPS: First throw Fireball, then Bubble on it for the big tornado.”

Speedster doesn't require you to be actively moving in order to gain its bonus. It looks at a hidden speed stat and bases the bonus damage and fire rate based on that after modifiers, including ones that don't activate until you start actually shooting like Run & Gun.
