I believe it to be the best if you are trying to go for most kills/damage. The core of this build is maximizing uptime on Rain, Wisp, and Thunderstrike, as imo those are easily the most powerful spells in the game, as they delete most mobs in seconds and the only thought you have to put into using them is maximizing efficient AOE for Rain, using wisp on cooldown, and Thunderstriking in the center of enemies with the exception of exploders. The Primary slot is facilitated by the Long Ranger with Focus Shot to lower CDs per Kill, Speedster for damage, and ricochet as any trash mobs ricochet hits are free cooldown reduction. The Secondary can ultimately be Bow with both uniques, which is arguably the best weapon in the entire game, the Boomerang, or DRs. Player Jokers are for movement/CDR

Most die to the blast, others to a single bodyshot, those ignited won't survive long, and anything bulky will be handled by a fully stacked Eagle. It's high time to transform your Leveredge into the ultimate generalist, well-equipped to handle any and all situations! Comes packaged with a very reactive BOOMrang that can further chain into the 2-round Clutch reload rhythm for quick-switch synergy. All 3 spells will keep you highly mobile and help out in sticky situations, ranging from aerial avoidance with Boing, to outright annihilation with Thunderstrike, and the comfortable inbetweener housing ample i-frames in Swap. You'd only ever chamber more than 2 bullets for those 3 floating bubbles and to ramp up Eagle faster.

AOE/swarm control beast via (Elec imbued) Wisp Rain + Bow Ultradraw, easy sustain in Nightmare mode with Life Pact, Good boss DPS with Leveredge Eagle Lever + Speedster. If your Leveredge is prestige zero, reload mastery is fine instead of stacked lever. Always imbue wisp with electric via bow. Thunderstrike is your emergency button. Second wind is replaceable with movement options e.g. disgrace, extra jump.
